Membership Categories

Membership is of four categories as follows:

1. Student member: RM20 per year

2. Ordinary member: RM50 per year

3. Life member: RM500

4. Associate or Honorary member: RM500 per year

*All new applications must pay an application processing fee of RM5. Application for Life membership will only be considered after an ordinary membership of one year and is subject to approval by the executive committee.

All members are entitled to a publication fee discount of 33% when publishing in the Malaysian Applied Biology journal (RM400) instead of the usual publication fee of RM600.
